Due to the nature of digital products and services offered on Dark Vault, all sales are final once the product has been delivered to your account.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any digital products including but not limited to:

  • Bank logs
  • Enrollments
  • Dumps with PIN
  • Any other digital financial resources

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

  • Product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Product was significantly different from the description
  • Technical issues prevented access to the product
